Alexis Grapsas is an Osteopath with over a decade of experience in holistic healthcare based in Athens. His journey into alternative therapies began in 2004, when he studied Shiatsu at the European Shiatsu School, completing a three-year program. From 2009 to 2014, he pursued a comprehensive five-year program in Osteopathy in England, graduating from the London School of Osteopathy. He is a registered member of the Panhellenic Association of Osteopaths.
Committed to lifelong learning, Alexis regularly attends advanced seminars in Europe and the US, focusing on fascia and related therapeutic techniques, biomechanics , functional movement and exercise. He is certified in Applied Functional Science and is advancing his education continuing advanced osteopathic studies in biodynamics in the cranial field.
Since 2014, Alexis has successfully operated his own osteopathic practice in Ilisia, Athens.
Alexis holds a degree in economics from the American College of Greece and has a background in business, having worked as a corporate executive for several years.
A dedicated rock climber for 30 years, Alexis is certified as a rock climbing instructor by the Hellenic Federation of Mountaineering, combining his passion for physical wellness with teaching.
